This high quality micro spirits stills is specially designed for distiller to make the wine with unique flavor that can satisfy
their families and friends well. The agitator is available if you are going to proceed the grain and fruit mash. The agitator is connected to boiler by tri clamp that is very easily for assembly.
 

The capacity of boiler can be produced in 100L, 150L, 200L etc. per client's requirement. The boilers are made of thickness 2mm of SS304 and 99.99% red copper that enables it be used for a long time. We provide 4", 6" and 8" reflux column for your choice. The reflux column is consisted of copper Whiskey onion head and 6 bubble caps plates. The sight glass tri clamp tee can be made of stainless steel(SS304 or SS316L) or lead free red copper. The plates, bubble caps, downcomers are always made of red copper.

01.STILL POT

lt is used for heating mash.This boiler can be built in single wall or jacketedwall. The pot can be heated by electric, steam, gas

02.HELMET/GOOSE NECK

This is an expansion chamber sitting on the top of the still pot. lt helps holdback higher boiling compounds while allowing
desirable aromatics and flavorsto continue up the column. This is very important for making alcohol with excellent taste.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

03.REFLUX COLUMN

Bubble plates are used to create more reflux in the column, ultimately to create multiple distillation cycles during one run. The

04.DEPHLEGMATOR

A dephlegmator is sometimes incorporated into the top of a column still. It uses "active cooling" to force the condensation of
