This hybrid column still produced by Wenzhou Junteng Machinery Limited is specially designed and built for distillery usage. It has 8pcs of bubble cap plates in total for continuous distilling, which can achieve about 85% A.B.V. You can use it to produce different kinds of alcohol, such as gin, rum, brandy. You can also use it to produce high concentration alcohol, such as Vodka after stripping the wash. 

• Still pot: this is a jacket boiler with PU thermo insulation. It has steam or electric heating jacket. Furthermore, the still pot has agitator for mixing. So the grain wash and fruit wash will not be burned in the bottom of the pot during heating process. The still pot is assembled with liquid thermometer, pressure gauge, thermometer probe, safty releasing valve, CIP cleaning ball, drain valves etc.. You can operate it very safely and easily.   
• Reflux column: the bubble cap plates trays are used for reflux continuous distilling in order to get higher concentraction of alcohol.The number of plates can be ranged from 4 to 20 or even more per distillers requirement. The column can be put on the top of the still pot or beside the still pot according the total height of distillery house. 
• Dephlegmator: the dephlegmator is the key to the whole still, without the deflegmator it's very difficult to create reflux. This unit allows the cool water to condense your alcohol vapor as it passes through the multiple internal cooling tubes, allowing it to fall back to your column. Then the bubble cap plates can do their job which allows you to purify your ethanol to very high proof. It has inlet and oulet of cooling water.
• Gin basket: the gin basket is for loading the spicy that produce flavor spirit that people like. 
• Product condensor: the vapor passing through the cooling tubes gets in touch with the cold water and exchange heat with each other. Then the vapor is condensed to liquid spirit that we want. It has inlet and oulet of cooling water.
• Outlet parrot: this is where the finished spirit coming out. You can connect it to wine storage tanks or any other containers that you may have for saving the alcohol.
