This fermentation tank is specially designed and made in excellent craftsmanship and quality. The available sizes are ranged from 300L to 2000L that can fully meet the requirements of crafts brewery industry. The big manhole on shoulder can be used for easy mash loading and CIP cleaning. The big column on top can be used for the upgrade of agitator of mixing. The smaller sizes from 300L - 800L can be made with casters for easy moving.

All our fermentation tanks are constructed using SS 304 or SS 316 as desired, designed as cylinder conical tanks with cone angle between 55 to 72 degrees through the ideal angle is 60 degrees. These tanks are equipped with dimple jacketed glycol cooling system or coil cooling system and insulated with 50-60 mm poly urethane foam per client's requirements.

01.BIG MANHOLE

 

The big manhole on shoulder can be used for easy mash loading and CIP cleaning. The big column on top can be used for the upgrade of agitator of mixing. You can also mount a cooling coil here if it's necessary.

 

 

 

 

 

 

02.DIAL THERMOMETER

There is a dial thermometer here. The sensor probe is in touch with the wash/beer inside the tank. So the distiller/brewer can monitor the temperature closely during the whole fermentation process.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

03.OUTLET OF WASH/BEER

This is the outlet of wash/beer. For brewers, you can mount an arching arm here to increase the clarity of your beer.

 

 

 

 

 

04. SAMPLE VALVE

Sample valve is also an essential part of the beer fermentation tank. The brewer can monitor the fermentation status by getting beer samples through this valve.

 

 

 

 

 

 

05.DRAIN VALVE

Drain valve is located in the bottom of the conical fermentation tank. It's the outlet of residue after you get all useful beer and wash from the tank. A hose barb can be provided here.

 

 

 

 

 

 

06.OPTIONAL SIGHT GLASS

This an optional sight glass for the conical fermentation tank. It can be built on both of the top or side of the tank. The brewer/distiller can get the visual sight inside of the tank through the glass.
